Complete the 45-Hour Program.
In the Room Together.
Clinical supervision is relational work. This immersive cohort creates space to learn it relationally.
Join a small group of social workers in Denver for five days of rigorous, reflective, highly interactive learning. You'll complete Levels One and Two of the Clinical Supervision Training Program in person, with time for discussion, application, practice, connection, and the kinds of conversations that are difficult to recreate in a large virtual training.
Then you'll have a month to return to your work, notice what you're seeing differently, and begin putting the learning into practice before the cohort reunites virtually for Level Three: Lead Through Complexity.
Your registration includes:
- The complete 45-hour Clinical Supervision Training Program
- 30 hours of in-person training in Denver, CO, June 14–18, 2027
- 15 hours of live virtual training, July 14–16, 2027
- Levels One, Two, and Three
- 45 continuing education hours
- The Complete Supervision Toolkit and accompanying program resources
- A deliberately small cohort, limited to 12 participants
- Opportunities for discussion, applied practice, reflection, and connection throughout the immersive week
Level One | Build the Foundation
June 14–16, 2027 | Denver, CO
Develop the foundation for thoughtful, ethical, and effective clinical supervision.
Level Two | Develop Clinical Leadership
June 17–18, 2027 | Denver, CO
Move beyond case consultation into the deeper work of developing clinicians, navigating supervisory relationships, and leading reflective practice.
Level Three | Lead Through Complexity
July 14–16, 2027 | Live Virtual
Return after a month of integration to explore ethical complexity, organizational systems, sustainability, and leadership at the advanced level.
Why In Person?
Because some learning benefits from being in the room.
The Denver cohort is designed for participants who want more than information. It creates time for conversation, practice, reflection, questions, unhurried breaks, and connection with other social workers who are taking the responsibility of supervision seriously.
With only 12 seats, this is the smallest and most immersive way to complete the Clinical Supervision Training Program in 2027.
