Bethany Jones Raab is a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, educator, and Founder of the Center for Ethical Social Work Practice (CESWP). With over 20 years of experience in social work practice, her work focuses on developing exceptional clinical supervisors and strengthening the structures that support ethical, sustainable social work practice. 

Through CESWP, Bethany provides clinical supervision, consultation, and professional education to social workers and organizations. She developed the CARE Framework for Clinical Supervision™ and created the 45-hour Clinical Supervision Training Program, a progressive training series that prepares current and emerging supervisors for the relational, developmental, ethical, and systems-level responsibilities of clinical supervision.
