Testimonials

As someone who was relatively new to management, Bethany’s Approved Clinical Supervisor training was instrumental in giving me the foundation, practical skills, and support I needed to effectively lead my clinical team. The program strengthened my confidence, enhanced my ability to navigate high-risk concerns, and introduced me to theoretical approaches to supervision that I could adapt to my own leadership style. I continue to use the CARE supervision framework taught in the course, along with many of the written resources—including assessment tools, articles, and documentation frameworks—in my daily practice. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to strengthen their competence and confidence in supporting clinicians and leading clinical teams.

I'm so glad I completed my Clinical Supervisor training with CESWP! The program was deeply engaging, thought provoking and challenging in important ways. I especially appreciated Bethany's emphasis on social justice, ethics, and clinical identity development. This training helped me connect more deeply with my own values and inspired me to continue to grow into the kind of supervisor I wish I'd had.
